Allure Training Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all training courses booked through Allure Aesthetics. By securing your place on a course, you are entering a binding agreement and confirming that you understand and accept the policies outlined below.

Our courses are designed to deliver high-quality, compliant education in a professional, supportive environment. Upon booking, you will receive confirmation via email, along with pre-course information, what to bring, model arrangements (if applicable), and your training schedule. Full attendance is required to receive certification. Please read the following carefully before making payment.
Entry Requirements
All students must be at least 18 years of age at the time of training. You may be required to provide valid photographic ID and proof of existing qualifications, depending on the course content. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the necessary prerequisites before booking. Allure Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse training if the appropriate entry requirements are not met or if false information is provided. Any such refusal will result in the loss of any fees paid.
Booking
Policy
To secure your space on a course, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than seven days before the scheduled training date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. If your remaining balance is not paid within the required timeframe, your place may be forefeited, and your deposit will be retained.
Refunds &
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be as fair and supportive as possible while also protecting the time and resources involved in running our training courses. If you need to cancel your place, we are happy to offer a 50% refund if at least 14 days notice is provided prior to your scheduled training date. The remaining 50% is retained to cover admin, preparation, and product costs already incurred. If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, your payment will be non-refundable. However, in special circumstances such as illness, bereavement, or unexpected emergencies, we are happy to offer reschedule to a future course date. In the event of short notice cancellations, Allure will do their utmost to avoid inconvenience to any pre-booked models. Wherever possible, treatments will still go ahead as planned, and the discounted training model rates will be honoured. Cancellations made within 7 days of the training date, or failure to attend on the day, will result in the loss of all fees paid. We are unable to guarantee rescheduled dates for late cancellations, but we will always aim to support you where we can.
Third Party
Finance
(Klarna or ClearPay)
If you choose to pay for your course through Klarna or any other finance provider, you are entering a separate financial agreement with that provider Allure Aesthetics is not responsible for managing, cancelling, or refunding any third-party finance payments. Once your booking is made through a finance platform, it is considered confirmed and subject to our no-refund policy. If you cancel your course or fail to attend, you are still fully liable for the repayment terms agreed with Klarna or any other provider Please ensure you are confident and committed before selecting a finance option. We cannot intervene in disputes between you and your payment provider, and you will remain liable for all instalments even if you do not complete your training.
T&C:
You understand and acknowledge that by purchasing a product /service from Allure Aesthetics a request by the cardholder to the bank or PayPal for a refund of the fees will result in an automatic denial of the claim. The information provided is only opinions provided by Allure Aesthetics and must not be relied upon. Allure Aesthetics warrants that the inline tutorial does not infringe any third party rights. Any other warranties, conditions, statements, or undertakings implied statutory or otherwise in respect of the online tutorials are hereby exploded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Do not use techniques shown without consulting a qualified medical professional first. Under no circumstances will Allure Aesthetics be liable for any loss or damages including loss of profits, loss of business or any indirect or consequential loss arising as a result of any reliance or purported reliance on the techniques shown. Any liability for death or personal injury is excluded to the maximum extend permitted by law. By purchasing our products you acknowledge the above and understand that the services/products are non-refundable under any circumstances and is not a substitute for professional training or accreditation. All copyrights are owned by Allure Aesthetics and must not be sold or reproduced. You understand that our products are tutorials only and does not qualify you to inject or get insurance. This product is available for one named user only. Upon purchasing this product this is the purchase acknowledgement that Allure Aesthetics grants the right to use the product by one named user only as identified on email address provided for the purchase. Please read all terms and conditions carefully for the product or training course you are booking. The purchaser acknowledges that it is not permitted to share any log in details with anyone is not a named user. The email address and IP addresses are captured and processed in a leads cart with the privacy policy and are used to monitor the use of the product.
