Q. CAN YOU BUY A VOUCHER OVER THE PHONE AND IT BE SENT IN THE POST?
A. Yes of course. Vouchers can be purchased for any amount or a preferred treatment and are valid for 6 months. They can be purchased over the phone or in the salon.
Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
A. We accept all major credit and debit cards and cash. We do not accept cheque payments.
Q. IS THERE PARKING AT THE SALON?
A. Parking is available on the road outside. We ask that you don’t park on the drive to allow access for residents please.
Q. HOW MUCH IS MY DEPOSIT?
A. Deposits are as follows:
£50 per treatment as a client.
Full payment upfront for model bookings.
50% of your training investment is payable upfront.
Q. ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS TO DERMAL FILLERS?
A. Some injection-related reactions occasionally occur, such as transient redness, swelling, pain, itching and tenderness at the injection site. However, these resolve themselves after a day or two for wrinkle treatments, and after a few more days for lips treatments. Other types of reactions are very uncommon, with just one in 15,000 people experiencing hypersensitivity reactions after having hyaluronic fillers.
Q. CAN I GO ON HOLIDAY AFTER HAVING MY TREATMENT DONE?
This depends on what procedure you're having done. If you are going on holiday, we recommend speaking to us prior and we can advise.
Q. WILL I RECEIVE AFTERCARE?
A. At your appointment you will receive the relevant aftercare, verbally and written. If you have any questions regarding aftercare before your appointment, please contact us.
